Boiler and water heating efficiency are key to improving energy efficiency of commercial buildings as they are a key component of energy consumption.
Condensing, modular boilers are a more efficient alternative to a larger, single boiler for commercial heating. Modular boilers are installed alongside one another with each individual boiler providing a proportion of the total system load. In this way significant savings against large output single boilers can be achieved as each smaller output modular boiler can be controlled more closely and has a larger turnaround ratio.
